Inventure Academy had the rare privilege of having special visitors at their campus.

The British Minister for Immigration, James Brokenshire, along with the Deputy British High Commissioner for Bengaluru, Dominic McAllister and Head, British Council, Bengaluru and Skills India, Leighton Ernsberger, met with the members of the School Management, parents, teachers and students who plan to study overseas, both in the UK and USA. Minister Brockenshire and his delegation were welcomed by Head Boy Vir Menon and Head Girl Aahika Harlalka and the Vice Principal, Ramesh Haiharan.

After a brief tour of the school, the interaction commenced in the Conference Room at 10 a.m.

The objectives for the visit and interaction were as follows:
Understand key factors informing student choice to study abroad, including the UK
Identify any perceptions or issues specific to the UK and visa policy
Share key messages around visa policy and process for students
The key questions focused upon during the Interaction with students were:
What are the key factors that you take into account when choosing a university?
Where are you planning to study and what challenges do you expect to face?
Where do you get your information from, when making your decision?

The interaction proved to be extremely interesting for all concerned. The British delegation were impressed with Inventure Academy and assured us that they would interact with us once again in the near future.
